Success Resources Phoenix Club Learning Credits - Terms and Conditions:

References to "SR" in this Terms and Conditions refers to Success Resources.
References to "Credits" in this Terms and Conditions refers to Success Resources Learning Credits.

1. The Credits is non-refundable.

2. The Credits may only be redeemed against the selected programs hosted by SR. If the amount of the SR program exceeds the value of the Credits, the shortfall must be paid before access to the SR program will be granted. If the Credits exceeds the amount of the SR program, the balance may be used only for future SR program purchases. Under no circumstances will SR refund the unused amount of the Credits.

3. Credits may be used to redeem 100% of the program ticket price listed below:

For events not listed above, you may enquire with our team for more information - subject to availability and at the sole discretion of SR.

4. Walk-in registrations will not be available. All redemption participant's details must be submitted no later than ONE month prior to the event.

5. Airfare, accommodation, course materials, and other bonuses/incentive are not included with the redemption.

6. Credits remain valid for ONE YEAR from the date of purchase. Any unused Credits after this one-year validity period will be expired.
 
7. SR reserves the right to vary and amend any of the above terms and conditions without prior notice.

In consideration of my participation in the above mentioned Event presented by Success Resources (“SR”), its Speaker/Trainer and its promoters, I hereby generally release SR and their agents, representatives, employees, promoters, successors, assigns, insurers and affiliated companies for any and all liability whatsoever related to SR’s negligence, negligent conduct or omissions. Including any activity and indemnify each of the aforesaid from any loss or liability arising from any claim arising out of my participation in the event in general and in particular any activity. These releases shall not exclude any liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence or where such limitation or exclusion is not permitted by law.
