Meet our Regional Director 

Veronica Tan grew up in a tough environment. Her early life experiences highly motivated her to pursue success for herself and birthed a desire to create opportunities for others to do well and achieve success. She began her career in education and seeking to broaden her professional experience, went on to make her mark in Success Resources. Veronica brings with her many years of experience in entrepreneurship, sales, marketing, and business leadership. 

She is recognized by her passion to build lifelong relationships with speakers, clients and colleagues; inspiring them to make the most out of life. She travels the world with the aim of making a positive difference in the quality of the lives of the people she comes into contact with. Veronica's personal vision is very much aligned with Success Resources - to be a life changing force in helping individuals, enterprises and organizations remain competitive, innovative, profitable and productive. She believes in lifelong learning and seeks to establish this culture globally so the world will be a better place. Faith in God plays a huge part in guiding everything she does in her personal life and in business. Together with her husband Richard Tan, they have run Success Resources for many years with complementary strengths. Her unique personal and business relationship and partnership with her husband contributes to the successful and global phenomenon they are today
